We have been eagerly awaiting our payload robot, the right-hand man of the DMG-MORI NTX-3000 CNC machining center.

It is equipped with an automatic tool changer and can handle raw foundry parts as well as blanks. It is capable of carrying a maximum load of 165 kg and has a reach of 2655 mm.

The articulated robot ensures the entry of raw parts, blows off the machined parts for cleaning, and, if needed, turns them to present them appropriately either in the machine or in storage drawers.

It will be a great help to us in our Paillard workshop⏳.
