To complement the arrival of the DMG-MORI NTX-3000 CNC machine and the carrier robot, the last member of the team has just joined the Paillard workshops.

This is the Storage Post, which we’ve equipped with an integrated control function for raw foundry parts at the entrance, through a dedicated station fed in off-peak times by the robot. It also manages tool wear using a built-in scanner on the DMG-MORI machine.

The Storage Post will completely change the production rhythm, as it is 4.5 times faster than its predecessor, compared to our last palletizing system. 

Its autonomy is total, even on weekends!
